It has been submitted to Appropriations Committees of the House and Senate to enhance the discussion regarding these two programs. NEMA believes that this will be a constructive addition to the ongoing debate regarding the future of homeland security grant programs. In December, NEMA will release its assessment of reforms to the homeland security grant programs that will allow for greater effectiveness of investments by the nation in pursuit of the protection of our citizens.” Jim Mullen 主管
